7-Layer Bars are a delicious combination of flavors and textures, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Layer the coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over the crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
