  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash the sweet potatoes and pierce them with a fork. Bake for about 45 minutes until soft.
  3. While the sweet potatoes are baking, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add diced apples, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, walnuts, and cranberries. Cook until the apples are tender.
  5. Once sweet potatoes are done, cut them open and fluff the insides with a fork.
