A delicious and easy recipe for baked egg boats filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the bread in half and scoop out some of the insides.
  3. In a bowl, mix together eggs, diced turkey bacon, chicken ham, diced avocado, cheese, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill the bread halves with the mixture.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the eggs are set.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, you can omit the bacon and ham.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
