  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, lightly sauté chicken ham.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the sautéed ham, chopped bacon, and pour the egg mixture over it.
  6. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for 20-25 minutes or until eggs are set.
