This baked feta pasta recipe is simple yet packed with flavor, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 block feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 12 ounces pasta
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, until the tomatoes burst and the feta is creamy.
