  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a baking dish, combine the potatoes, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Crush the feta cheese and sprinkle it over the potatoes.
  5. Cut turkey bacon into pieces and add it on top.
