Baked Salmon Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh salmon, skin removed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix until well combined and form into meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
