  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the rolled oats, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Mix until well combined.
