- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
