  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then brown them in the skillet for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until soft.
  4. Stir in the rice, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon some of the mixture over it, then cover and transfer to the oven.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender.
