- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 cups long-grain rice
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Brown the chicken in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
