  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop into pieces.
  2. In the same pan, scramble the eggs and set aside.
  3. Add olive oil and mixed vegetables to the pan, sauté until tender.
  4. Stir in the cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing well.
  5. Add the chopped turkey bacon, scrambled eggs, and green onions. Mix everything together and heat through.
