  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 flatbreads
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until well coated.
  3. Place flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and blue cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and drizzle with ranch dressing.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
