- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
