- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch seasoning
- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning.
- Toss the potatoes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
