  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch seasoning
  • 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning.
  4. Toss the potatoes in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Serve with a dollop of sour cream on top.
