Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta

A creamy and flavorful pasta dish featuring turkey bacon and ranch seasoning.

  • 8 ounces penne pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, heat olive oil and add spinach, cooking until wilted.
  4. Add shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, and garlic powder, stirring for a few minutes.
  5. Mix in the cooked pasta and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  6. Top with bacon and cheddar cheese, allowing to melt before serving.
