Chinese Green Beans

A flavorful dish combining fresh green beans and turkey bacon, perfect for a quick side.

  • 1 pound Chinese green beans
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the green beans and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring to combine.
  6. Crumble the crispy turkey bacon and mix it back into the beans.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

  • For a vegetarian option, omit turkey bacon or substitute with mushrooms.
