  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
