- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
