Comforting Loaded Baked Potato Soup

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chicken ham, then pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted and blended.
  6. Spoon into bowls and top with turkey bacon and green onions.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the bacon and ham.
