A delicious breakfast casserole that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a hearty start to your day.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 cup diced bell pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into small pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the diced bell pepper until soft.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, sautéed bell pepper, and cheese to the egg mixture, stirring to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the casserole is set and golden on top.
  8. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

  • This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated overnight before baking.
