Crack Breakfast Sliders Bacon Egg

Enjoy a delicious twist on breakfast with these Crack Breakfast Sliders featuring turkey bacon and eggs.

  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package slider buns
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble them in the same skillet.
  4. Lightly butter the slider buns and layer the turkey bacon and scrambled eggs on the bottom half of the buns.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the eggs and cover with the top half of the buns.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
