Ingredients

  • 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
  • 1 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1 cup apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, carrots, apples, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
