  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, milk, shredded cheese, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
