Creamy Broccoli Potato

This creamy broccoli potato dish is a delightful combination of flavors with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 4 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender.
  2. Add the chopped broccoli and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the potatoes and broccoli, then return them to the pot.
  4. Stir in the turkey bacon, chicken ham, heavy cream, and chicken broth.
  5. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  6. Simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
