  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
  8. Finally, add the crispy turkey bacon back into the skillet and mix well.
  9. Serve warm over pasta or rice.
