Creamy Garlic Parmesan Tortellini

A rich and creamy dish featuring tortellini tossed in a garlic parmesan sauce, complemented by savory turkey bacon.

  • 1 package tortellini
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked tortellini and turkey bacon to the sauce, stirring to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, and stir in fresh parsley before serving.

  • For a richer flavor, use bacon instead of turkey bacon.
