- 1 package tortellini
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- In a large pot, cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
