Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add chicken breasts.
  3. Season the chicken with garlic powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  5. Once chicken is cooked, add heavy cream and stir gently.
