- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and chicken ham, cooking for a few minutes.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Blend the soup for a creamy texture, then stir in the heavy cream.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
- Top with crispy turkey bacon and fresh chives before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- You can use any type of potatoes.
