Creamy Roast Garlic

A delightful dish combining the richness of creamy roast garlic with the savory flavors of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 200 grams chicken ham
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wrap the head of garlic in foil and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
  3. In a pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, squeeze out the roasted garlic and mix with heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Add the chicken ham and cooked turkey bacon to the garlic cream mixture.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, and stir well.
  7. Serve this creamy mixture over pasta or as a dip.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon and chicken ham.
  • Serve with fresh bread or over mashed potatoes for a delicious meal.
