- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Peel and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
- Pour half of the cream mixture over the potatoes and sprinkle with half of the cheese and turkey bacon.
- Repeat with remaining potatoes, cream mixture, cheese, and bacon.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
