Creamy Scalloped Potatoes

Delicious creamy scalloped potatoes enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer half in a greased baking dish.
  3. Cook turkey bacon and chop it into small pieces; layer on top of the potatoes.
  4. Add the chicken ham over the turkey bacon.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the cream mixture over the layers in the baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs such as thyme or rosemary.
  • This dish can be made a day ahead and baked just before serving.
