  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Slice zucchinis into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
  5. Dip each zucchini stick in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
