Crispy Parmesan Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and trim the Brussels sprouts, then cut them in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chopped turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese to the bowl.
  5. Toss everything until the Brussels sprouts are evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
