  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, onion, and chicken broth.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
