  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, onion, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender.
  3. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese, cooking for an additional 30 minutes.
