  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a Crock Pot, combine the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, onion, and garlic.
  2. Add the chicken broth and stir to combine.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until potatoes are tender.
  4. Mash some of the potatoes with a fork for a creamier texture.
  5. Stir in the heavy cream, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and chives. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low to heat through.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese and chives if desired.
