  • 8 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix onion soup mix, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Pour the mixture over the roast.
  4. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
