A hearty and flavorful two-layered potato bake featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for any meal.

  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes thinly, then place them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, half of the cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Layer the meat mixture over the potatoes.
  5. Pour heavy cream over the layers.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is golden.
