Deliciously Easy Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delightful twist on classic Eggs Benedict, this casserole features turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for brunch or family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 slices bread
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes and place it in the dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the bread cubes.
  6. Add the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese, stirring gently to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley on top.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the casserole is set and golden.
  9. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
