  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and mustard.
  3. Add the chopped eggs, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, and green onions to the bowl.
  4. Fold in the cooled macaroni and season with salt and black pepper.
