Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A delicious twist on classic macaroni salad with deviled eggs and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Chop the hard boiled eggs and turkey bacon, then add to the mixture along with the cooled macaroni and green onions.
  4. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
  • Substitute regular bacon if preferred.
