  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and green onions to the egg mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
