Deviled Egg Macaroni Salad

A delicious twist on a classic macaroni salad featuring deviled eggs, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the hard-boiled eggs and mix with mayonnaise and mustard.
  3. Add the cooled macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, and sweet pickle relish to the egg mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, then stir to combine well.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • This salad can be made a day ahead for better flavor.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like celery or bell peppers.
