- 2 cups macaroni
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped hard-boiled eggs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, green onions, and pickle relish to the egg mixture.
- Gently mix until completely combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
