Easy Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Drain excess fat and add in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add in the elbow macaroni and cook for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the macaroni is tender.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For extra flavor, top with shredded cheese or chopped green onions.
