- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Drain excess fat and add in the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
