  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (15 oz) ranch-style beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and then chop it into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add onion and cook until translucent.
  5. Stir in mixed vegetables, beans, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
