- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt to taste

- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and turkey bacon until browned.
- Add diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook for a few minutes.
- Fill the zucchini halves with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until zucchinis are tender.
