  • 1 loaf French bread
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and add to the egg mixture.
  3. Fold in blueberries and turkey bacon gently.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake the casserole for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and set.
