  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned, then add the onions and garlic, sautéing until translucent.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage mixture, sweet potatoes, thyme, paprika, and chicken broth. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
