  • 1 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onions until caramelized.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with thyme and garlic powder, then sear them in the skillet until golden brown.
