Garlic Broccoli Stir Fry

A quick and delicious garlic broccoli stir fry that you can make in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, then sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  5. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes, stirring frequently until the broccoli is tender but still crisp.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
